- What locations do you service?We service most areas of the Fraser Coast and we are based locally in Pialba, Hervey Bay.
- What is included with your free quote?All of our quotes include a fully detailed scope of the work to be completed. You will receive a written report with the cost and time estimated for your project.
- How will you handle the scheduling of your work orders?We communicate with you every step of the way. If we can see that we will be delayed on the agreed-upon time, we will reach out asap to set a new arrival time that works for you.
- What type of work does HandyMate Maintenance do?General maintenance, aged care in-house services, lawn mowing, gardening and much more. See our services page for more info.
- What type of work can we NOT do?Work that requires a license trade person, such as electrical and plumbing. We can recommend a local Qualified trade person if needed.We are also unable to take on work that exceeds $3300 in value, due to licensing requirements.
- Do you do emergency/after hours call outs?When required we do emergency/after hours call out. These call outs will incur a higher rate of charge. Contact us if you have any special requirements to hours to get your job complete.
- Are you fully insured?Yes we are fully insured. Giving our clients and their family members the reassurance that the job will be done professionally and with the greatest of care
- What are HandyMate Maintenance’s operating hours?We operate Monday to Friday – 8am to 5pm. If required or an emergency our hours might differ to complete a job task.
